American Institute of Architects/AIA/AAF Minority/Disadvantaged Scholarship

Award to aid high school seniors and college freshmen from minority or disadvantaged backgrounds who are planning to study architecture in an NAAB accredited program. Twenty awards per year, renewable for two additional years. Amounts based on financial need. Must include one letter of recommendation from a high school guidance counselor, AIA component, architect, or other individual who is aware of the student’s interest and aptitude. Applications are due in March.
